  6. We force the rectus and oblique muscles of the eyes to work. We move our index finger away from our face by about 25 cm. We look at it and focus our gaze. You can place the pads of your index fingers on them and hold them in place. At the moment of pulling lower lip you should feel your neck muscles working. Repeat again until you feel a tingling sensation in the muscles. However, we must alternate every effort with relaxation.

We place our hands on both sides of the face so that the fingers rest on the temples (we immobilize the part of the face around the eyes so as not to form additional wrinkles). Next, we smile, as they say, “with our whole mouth,” that is, stretching it very widely to the sides and lifting the corners of our lips. We hold the smile for five seconds and relax for three seconds. We do the exercise five times at first, and over time we increase the number of repetitions to 16.
