My grandmother introduced me to “HLS”. I came to visit her in the village in the summer, and she said: “I’m writing out “HLS” - “Healthy Lifestyle.” I read it and liked it. One day I fell and badly hurt my knee. The wound healed slowly, the scar on the bend was hard and made it impossible to bend the leg. I took a bag made of thick soft linen fabric 60x70 and filled it halfway with small pebbles from the seashore. The thickness of the rug is approximately 5-7 centimeters. The size of the pebbles is slightly larger than a bean, multi-faceted, but the edges should not be sharp, but blunt and rounded.

I also added pits from dates, cherries, cherries... and tied it off. If I still had enough, I replenished it. I pushed this bag under the chair so that it wouldn’t bother anyone. When I have time, I take it out and begin to stomp: with the whole foot, and on the heels, and on the toes, and move between the feet, and stand on the inside and outside of the foot. At first it seems painful, but then it feels so good, and the longer you do it, the more you want to stomp. Well, just wonderful! And most importantly - it's free! There are pebbles on every river, and many people have cherries in their gardens. Sometimes we buy dates, but for some reason we take the pits to the trash. However, other seeds are also suitable. From the same olives. I gave a good idea. But desire and imagination must be shown.

In the same issue, Marchenko A. (Ukraine), in the article “About mumiyo and acupressure,” worries that she does not have a horizontal bar to hang on, but hangs on a horizontal plum branch in the garden. But I have the opportunity to hang on a horizontal bar in my apartment all year round. The son attached fastenings to the walls of the doorway taller than human height and inserted a pipe from the curtain, i.e. made a real horizontal bar that no one can pass by without doing a pull-up or hanging.

I constantly use ready-made herbal mixtures from the company, sometimes I enhance them with herbs I have prepared myself. And I feel good. I am convinced that only nature can heal a person.

A lot is written about hydrogen peroxide on the pages of the newsletter. A huge blister often appears on my upper lip in the same place - herpes. I treat it long and hard - the result is scanty.

One day I read another issue of “Healthy Lifestyle” and thought: I’ll try hydrogen peroxide. At short intervals throughout the day, I burned the herpes three times with cotton wool soaked in peroxide, held it for about 10 minutes, and that’s it, the herpes disappeared. A dried out crust remained, which I smeared with baby cream a couple of times to soften it. This is such a simple and effective treatment.

I don’t know how long the herpes disappeared. They say that the herpes pathogen is introduced into the human body for life, periodically reminding itself. What if taking hydrogen peroxide internally destroys its pathogens? Please respond if anyone has any observations on this topic. I haven't taken peroxide internally yet.

She fell ill with eczema in 1989. She was registered at the dermatovenerological dispensary. “I turned over” mountains of literature, experienced a lot myself, used expensive ointments, drank calcium chloride. The result was, alas, insignificant. Finally I turned to a herbalist. She recommended a recipe for collecting herbs and said which foods should be excluded from the diet.

I took her advice and the treatment was much more successful. So I decided to write about this in “HLS”.

So, what foods are harmful for eczema: eggs, fatty foods, meat, spicy (with pepper, seasonings), sweet (sweets, chocolate), flour, salty, smoked, sour. The best food is rolled oats. Exclude from drinks: coffee, tea with various aromatic additives in bags, carbonated drinks, Coca-Cola. Give up alcohol and cigarettes.

I’ve been reading “Healthy Lifestyle” since he was born. I use tincture of golden mustache. I prepare it like this: I chop 17 pieces of golden mustache and pour in 0.5 liters of vodka. I insist for 21 days, shaking daily. I use this tincture for everything:

Herpes on the lips often bothers me, I tried applying cotton wool soaked in the tincture - it helped.

One day a neighbor complained about barley. I advised her to soak a cloth (20 by 5 cm in size) with golden mustache tincture at night, squeeze it out so that it was wet, put it on her closed eyelids, and gave her a jar of tincture. Everything is over.

Golden mustache is also good for mosquito bites. Break the leaf crosswise several times (more), the juice will come out. Apply the leaf to bites and wounds, everything heals well and does not itch.

Bruises quickly disappear if golden mustache tincture is rubbed into the bruise site.

I am 81 years old. In the morning I do exercises for 1-1.5 hours, in the evening I walk around the apartment - 1250 steps. There is not a free minute, except for 5-6 hours of sleep. And the mood: life is good and living is good.

My husband and I read letters from former smokers who refer to the methodology proposed by K. G. Kushnir in “Healthy Lifestyle” (N3 for 2007). My husband has been a smoker since 16 -years of experience - decided to try to quit smoking. He did everything as described in K.G. Kushnir’s letter “Say goodbye to the cigarette on February 19!” And he quit!

I began to feel better: the headaches stopped, I had more energy and strength! This is a real miracle!

I will share a recipe for an ointment that helps with abscesses, wounds, purulent acne, and ear inflammation.

In a small saucepan, melt honey, lard (lard), wax, finely shaved laundry soap and finely chopped onion in equal parts. When everything is melted and the onion becomes translucent, add a little powdered incense. Stir until the incense melts. Then remove from heat, add fir oil (a fifth of the total mass). Place the saucepan in a bowl of cold water and continue stirring until it thickens. The ointment is ready. Use it like regular ointment, and if you have an ear infection, insert a cotton wick coated with ointment into your ear.

And I’ll also give you some advice that I learned from traditional medicine.

Those who want to lose weight should drink a glass of mineral water with squeezed juice of one lemon in the morning.

To prevent your face from sweating in the heat, wipe the skin of your face, neck, and hands with lemon juice.

To help your hair stay in place better, rub lemon juice into it before styling.

To make your hair shiny and voluminous, take 1 teaspoon each of burdock and castor oil, the juice of 1 lemon, mix everything. Before washing, rub the mixture into your scalp and lubricate your hair with it, then put on a plastic cap and tie a warm terry towel around your head. After an hour, wash your hair.

You wonder - what kind of wild fantasy? But this, to put it mildly, careless dispatcher is you. Don't believe me? Our body is such a complex and perfect mechanism that a nuclear power plant in comparison is like an elementary sewing machine: after all, man designed and built it a long time ago, but, thank God, he hasn’t bothered to create a body on his own from one single cell. And this sophisticated mechanism constantly talks to us, every second gives us various, and vitally important, signals - “Don’t eat so much sweets!”, “You can’t stand this person!”, “Finally, give me a break!” - and others, much more complex. And how do we react to these signals? At best, we go to the doctor - let him treat us with pills and injections; at worst, we “pull ourselves together” and try to continue living as if nothing is happening. As an adult, the former three-year-old toddler will definitely experience serious difficulties in expressing the simplest and most natural feelings - declaring his love, shouting, crying... A person swallows tears, words, screams, resentment, he is choked by anger - and all this, by the way, is in full accordance with folklore. And all because at the right moment, a tension that has already become familiar and imperceptible arises in his throat, which prevents all of the above from escaping. So much for the law of conservation of energy. Earnestly? However, it could be different. Do you happen to know a dentist? At the decisive moment, it doesn’t matter either your voice will fail, or you won’t be able to unclench your teeth, or the words will get stuck in your throat. Do you know why? SCARY After all, it is fear - whether we realize it or not - that is behind the inability to express our feelings - the fear of being rejected, misunderstood, lonely, funny, not like everyone else... Remember, by the way, “your knees shake from fear”? Moreover, the psychological meaning of this expression is most closely related to what is hidden in the saying “to stand firmly on your own two feet.” The importance of legs is obvious from elementary mechanics: legs are what we can lean on in life (whatever it is - our loved ones, profession, ourselves...). What happens to us when there is no support? That's right - we're scared. We lose our peace of mind. But a person is something whole, and everything that happens in our soul inevitably receives its mirror image in the body. We, without knowing it, begin to strain our legs, trying to feel for additional support under them, to physically compensate for the lack of confidence, protection, and security. Hence, at best, trembling knees, and at worst, constant joint pain, as doctors say, of “unclear etiology,” chronic fatigue in the legs and other troubles. Do you have interest and love for your own body - whatever it may be? Then let's begin. PRACTICE: Allow two hours for our experiment - preferably at the beginning of the day. It is important that your thoughts during these two hours are occupied only with your body. Other problems will wait. If they don’t want to wait, postpone the experiment until better times. You are at home alone, comfortably dressed - or completely undressed; The main thing is that nothing rubs, stings or distracts anywhere. You don't need music at all in this situation. Even turn off your phone. First - and perhaps most difficult: find the position that is most comfortable for you. Not the most familiar, but the most convenient at this very moment. Try not to invent a pose, but rather look for it with your body. Look for it slowly, tastefully, letting your body feel each option. When you feel that every part of the body is in complete comfort and does not want anything else, you have found what you are looking for. Now stay in this pose for some time. Take a kind of excursion - what is tense in your body now, what is relaxed; where it’s warm, where it’s cool, and where it’s even hot; what areas of the body come into contact with other objects - clothing, floor, chair, wall, carpet, etc.; which of these touches are stronger and which are weaker. Your consciousness is now just a dispassionate recording device, and there is nothing bad or good, right or wrong in your body. It is what it is. Do not be afraid of any promised heavenly punishments. Throw dirty writings in the trash and live in peace.

Parents and a teacher are one family, with the same concerns, with the same goal of raising and educating a citizen for the good of the Fatherland. Thanks to the teachers for raising my daughters and grandchildren. I know it’s immodest to write about myself, but as an example...

My father died in the first months of the war. I was born without him. My mother raised us alone - four sons. What have I not endured with my mother and brothers! I won’t write, my generation knows.

It’s a pity that young people don’t delve into this - they don’t want to know anything about our past. But I raised my three daughters in this direction as best I could.

I studied with a primary school teacher who had the Order of Lenin! Honored Teacher of the RSFSR Semyon Petrovich Demshin. I considered him a father.

Poor ragamuffin, I, having nothing, not even a bag for books, walked to school 2.5 km away in any weather. In snowstorms and frosts, the teacher left us at school. He would give him a place to sleep and even feed him. Well, how can you forget him? I am writing memories about him. And about mom, about father. This is one family.
