Why is the soldier not at the Olympics? Russians took the entire podium at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku. "I have no doubt that we did everything right"

Soldatova’s “The Dying Swan” is not ready yet. Bet on the Averins

At the last stage of the World Cup in Kazan, the Russian team won all the gold medals, and this was not the first time the Averina sisters scored a victorious double. What will our rhythmic gymnastics team take to the World Championships in Italy, which will be held in Pesaro in two weeks, to the correspondent » Evgeniy Evnevich was told by the head coach of the Russian national team Irina Viner-Usmanova.

– Are you satisfied with the performance of the girls at this stage of the World Cup?

– A high price was paid for this performance. The enormous work was further complicated by the change in judging rules that occurred after the Olympics. Currently, judges do not have cards to refer to during a gymnast's performance, and, unfortunately, few judges at the moment can work well under the new rules. In the Averins’ individual program, as well as in the Russian national team for group exercises, all elements go one after another, without any pauses. This is very difficult to achieve when preparing a program, and then it is also difficult to get an appropriate grade for it.

In general, as they say, winners are not judged. But to tell the truth, there is still a lot of work to be done in the twelve days left before the World Cup. I saw a lot of points that need to be improved and completed so that it is at the level at which Russia should perform.

– How is Arina Averina doing? She admitted in an interview that she came to Kazan not in the best shape, in terms of physical condition. Will she have time to fully recover in time for the World Championships?

– I think that Arina has already recovered, because she performed successfully here. Yes, before these competitions we took great care of her, and I didn’t even want to put her in this Cup in order to protect her health for the World Championship. But she said she felt well enough and was ready to perform. As a result, she took two gold medals in individual events, plus became second in the all-around. The result is very good, but, as I already said, there are mistakes that need to be worked on.

– Should we expect Alexandra Soldatova to be part of the Russian national team at the World Championships and in the near future?

- Not yet, not worth it. She also received an injury, from which she is still recovering, not so much physically as mentally. She has quite complex compositions, “The Dying Swan”, which no one did for sixteen years after Barsukova, and “Spartacus”, and these things require not only physical, but also moral readiness. So far this has not been achieved, so for now - Averina.

– Can we say that the spring European Championship was decisive from the point of view of the Averins’ leadership in the Russian national team?

– For us, all competitions are decisive, we monitor performances constantly, and the European Championship and the World Games, all these competitions performed by the Averins were decisive.

– Have there been any changes in the composition of the group exercise team?

– Yes, Rio Olympic champion Nastya Tatareva returned, she also had an injury, we waited, everything was healed, and now she had her first start here. She showed herself to be very worthy.

– Do you plan to compete anywhere else after the World Championships?

– Most likely, we will go to Japan for the AEON Cup. Everything else, as they say: “Night in Crimea, everything is in smoke.” Let's not think about it.

– Russian athlete, member of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics team. Repeated champion of Russian and international championships in rhythmic gymnastics. At the age of twenty, she achieved amazing results in sports, thanks to determination, hyper-responsibility and a character tempered from childhood. Gymnast Alexandra Soldatova is rightfully considered one of the most beautiful gymnasts of our time.

First steps in rhythmic gymnastics

Russian athlete Alexandra Soldatova was born on June 1, 1998 in Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan. The athlete’s biography surprises with its spontaneity, because Soldatova even got into gymnastics by accident. How old was Sasha when she started rhythmic gymnastics? Then the future champion was only 5 years old: her parents decided to enroll the young athlete’s older brother in gymnastics, but they did not know about the difference between artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. As a result, it turned out that only a girl could be accepted. Thus began the thorny path of the still very young Sasha in sports, with which she connected her entire future life.

Afterwards, the Soldatov family moved from Sterlitamak to the city of Pushkino (Moscow region). In the Moscow region, Olga Nikolaevna Nazarova became Alexandra Soldatova’s first coach. Her family never put pressure on the future champion and always supported her in everything. The girl made the decision about a sports career herself, which helped her purposefully follow the intended path.

At the age of 12, the athlete is noticed and invited to train by Anna Vyacheslavovna Shumilova. To do this, the gymnast had to leave her home and move to a boarding school in the city of Dmitrov. According to the recollections of Sasha’s parents, at this age Alexandra was already serious and reasonable. She decided to go under the tutelage of coach Shumilova, which began a new page in her life.

Sasha Soldatova showed great promise and was invited to train at the national team’s training center in Novogorsk. However, she did not have the right to reside in Novogorsk before joining the national team.

Anna Shumilova says about this period of her life: “Sasha lived in my car for several years.”

The coach and the young athlete left Dmitrov early in the morning, spent 4-5 hours on the road and returned late in the evening. This brought the future champion and coach very close.

Alexandra Soldatova’s first serious success in rhythmic gymnastics occurred in 2012. Among juniors, the young gymnast took first place in the team all-around, performing with ribbon, at the European Championships.

Sports career of Alexandra Soldatova during the 2014-2015 season

For Alexandra Soldatova, 2014 was marked by joining the reserve team of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics team. This year was prosperous for the gymnast: at the championship in Brazil she earned 5 gold medals. A little later, at a competition in the Russian Federation, the athlete took third place, which earned herself a place in the national team. In the fall of 2014, the young and inexperienced Alexandra represented Russia at the World Championships in Turkey. At this moment, her native coach Shumilova was on maternity leave and could not support the athlete. Shumilova was replaced by the head coach of the Russian national team, Irina Viner. As a result of this championship, Soldatova became the world champion in the team, which aroused the admiration of the public and the praise of the coaches.

She is especially famous for her grace and stretch.

The year 2015 for Soldatova was remembered for even more high-profile performances. For an exercise with a sword at the Moscow Grand Prix, Alexandra receives another gold. After which the athlete participates in all World Cup competitions, including the World Cup in Kazan, and from each stage, except Budapest, the champion returns with medals. At the World Championships in Germany, the gymnast received gold in the team competition, and also became a silver medalist for her performance with the ball and won silver for her performance with clubs.

Victories of Alexandra Soldatova in the 2016-2017 season

The 2016 season brings Soldatova new victories. At the beginning of 2016, Alexandra won the all-around at the first stage of the Grand Prix in Moscow, and also earned three more medals. At the second stage, Alexandra wins two more “highest standard” awards, and also becomes a silver medalist in the finals of the hoop exercises. At the World Cup in Finland, he wins the all-around and 3 more awards. The second stage of the World Cup took place in Portugal, Alexandra brought two awards. At the same time, Alexandra brought four “silver” pieces from Uzbekistan and Belarus. At the Spanish Cup, Soldatova became a winner in all types of exercises.

In 2017, Soldatova conquers more and more heights in rhythmic gymnastics. At the Grand Prix in Russia, Alexandra takes the second step of the podium. Performing in Spain, he earns victory in all types of performances. The World Cup in Italy was marked for Soldatova with the highest level in the all-around, a championship in the hoop exercise final, and two more silver medals. In Pisaro, the athlete took first place performing with a ribbon. At the Super Cup in Azerbaijan, Alexandra won 4 awards: first place in the ball routine and 3 silver awards: for all-around and for exercises with hoop and clubs.

Today Alexandra Soldatova is no longer a young gymnast, but an accomplished adult athlete. Alexandra's new exercises amaze the imagination with their elegance and professionalism. The coaching team and the athlete herself have done a great job that the whole country can be proud of. Everyone expects new performances and new victories from Alexandra.

Personal life

In numerous interviews, Alexandra is asked: how did you achieve such success in sports? And every time the athlete says that there is no secret recipe for success. You just need to work and improve every day.

Yes, innate physical characteristics such as plasticity, stretching and flexibility helped the athlete. The gymnast’s height is 170 cm, while her weight stopped at 44 kg. But there are many more girls with such data than we think, and Alexandra was just one of many. However, today she is already beating the world’s leading athletes and is constantly improving her skills. This happened thanks to the athlete’s iron character and her personal qualities. All her life she differed from her peers in her sense of responsibility, exceptional hard work and determination. Many of Alexandra’s acquaintances believe that she has only one drawback, which in the future may well become her advantage. This drawback is the constant analysis of all the trainer’s settings.

If the athlete had not connected her life with sports, she would have connected it with animals.

Due to her “nomadic” lifestyle, Sasha cannot afford to buy a pet, however, according to her, if there was such an opportunity, she would collect animals of all kinds. When asked what profession she is interested in, besides a sports career, Sasha answers without hesitation: “I would become a veterinarian...”

In addition to her love for animals, Alexandra is distinguished by her attraction to nature; her favorite pastime is walking in the forest. And if there is no longer enough time or energy for walks, then she happily spends her free minute reading literature.

Alexandra Soldatova is considered one of the most beautiful gymnasts of our time.

The athlete has 350 thousand followers on her Instagram account. According to Sasha, she does not set a goal to get as many likes as possible, she simply talks about what she understands and what she sincerely loves.

The competition in the rhythmic gymnastics team is very strong, but gymnastics is a personal sport and here everything depends only on how you work out your program. It was thanks to this that Alexandra developed very warm, friendly relations with her rivals Margarita Mamun and Yana Kudryavtseva in the national team.

The athlete plans to enroll in St. Petersburg State University in the near future. Lesgaft and get a higher education. Alexandra also dreams of having just a little free time to attend a driving school and get a license.

There are many rumors about the athlete’s personal life. Photos of Alexandra spending time with her boyfriend have appeared in the press and news more than once. However, in fact, this is a ruse and it turned out that the paparazzi simply photographed her next to a friend at the “right moment.”

In the future, Alexandra dreams of earning even more awards. The secret of Alexandra Soldatova’s success lies in hard work, determination and, last but not least, absolute trust in the coach. The athlete has been improving all her life. Now Soldatova does not stop there, but continues to work to achieve maximum results.

The all-around in the individual program of the FIG World Cup finals in rhythmic gymnastics in Baku ended with an unconditional victory for Russia: Russian gymnasts Margarita Mamun, Yana Kudryavtseva And Alexandra Soldatova, whose participation at the Rio Olympics is under threat, showed everything they were capable of in the capital of Azerbaijan, and the three of them climbed to the podium.

On both days of the qualifying competition, the main fight for places was, in fact, between the Russians. In the end, Margarita Mamun turned out to be the best, scoring a total of 77.15 points in four exercises with a maximum score of 19.4 in clubs.

Margarita Mamun

Yana Kudryavtseva achieved the highest judges' score among all at the tournament - 19.45 points - in the same clubs, but due to her unsuccessful performance with the ball (18.9 points), she lost one tenth to Mamun and took the place with a total of 77.05 points second place in the all-around.

Yana Kudryavtseva

Alexandra Soldatova performed more modestly than her more experienced friends with a maximum score of 19 points in ball and ribbon, and took third place with 75.85 points in total.

Alexandra Soldatova

The Frenchwoman was in fourth place, 2.5 points behind Soldatova. Ksenia Mustafaeva, who had to perform shortly after the operation.

Ksenia Mustafaeva

Azerbaijani grace Marina Durunda took tenth place in the all-around with a total of 70.5 points and the best result of 18.5 points in the tape.

Tomorrow, Russian women Margarita Mamun (19.35 points) and Yana Kudryavtseva (19.3 points) will compete for the FIG World Cup in ribbon exercises. Alexandra Soldatova showed the third result of 19 points and, due to restrictions on the number of finalists from one country, will not compete in this exercise tomorrow. Marina Durunda advanced to the finals of the film from fourth place with 18.5 points. Also qualified here were Neta Rivkin (Israel, 18.55 points), Laura Zeng (USA, 18.35 points), Ksenia Mustafaeva (France, 18.35 points), Veronica Bertolini (Italy, 18.15 points) and Nevyana Vladinova ( Bulgaria, 18.1 points).

The Russians will have to compete in the clubs exercise with Ksenia Mustafaeva (France, 18.4 points), Laura Zeng (USA, 18.3 points), Veronica Bertolini (Italy, 18.2 points), Ekaterina Volkova (Finland, 17.9 points) ), Patricia Bezzubenko (Canada, 17.75 points) and Katrin Taseva (Bulgaria, 17.65 points).

Everyone knows that Russian girls are some of the most beautiful in the world. Our athletes are direct proof of this. Life publishes photos of the sexiest athletes of the Russian Olympic team.

Daria Klishina

Daria Klishina is a beautiful track and field athlete, who a year ago the Russians considered an angel and the hope of our team at the upcoming Games in Rio de Janeiro. But the recent doping scandal somewhat undermined the fans’ love for Daria. And the point here is not at all about meldonium, but about the fact that the long jumper volunteered to compete under the flags of the International Olympic Committee in order to avoid being removed from the main sporting event of the four-year anniversary.

Now we see that Klishina is the only Russian athlete who will be able to show both herself and our school of athletics in Rio. However, neither the fans, nor some deputies, nor the majority of the media appreciated the athlete’s decision, calling the girl “a Judas and a traitor.” Today you can treat Klishina as you like, but the fact remains that the girl is very hot.

Natalia Goncharova

Russian volleyball player, diagonal forward. Natalia is a champion of Europe, the world and the Universiade in different years. She played together with Ekaterina Gamova in “that same team”, which was always distinguished not only by excellent results, but also by an unprecedentedly large number of beauties in the team.

Elena Vesnina

Elena Vesnina is an Honored Master of Sports, one of the leading Russian tennis players today. The athlete is the former third racket of the world in doubles, twice became the winner of Grand Slam tournaments, won 14 times in WTA (Women's Tennis Association) tournaments, and these are not all of her awards. In addition, Elena continues the galaxy of Russian tennis beauties such as Anna Kournikova, Maria Sharapova and Elena Dementieva.

Maria Balikoeva (Verchenova)

For the first time in 112 years, golf will return to the Olympic Games program in Rio de Janeiro. Fortunately, in this sport we have someone to root for. Sexy Maria Balikoeva, better known to us by her maiden name Verchenova, is one of the best golfers in Europe and the first Russian woman who was able to become a full participant in the Ladies European Tour.

The media, especially sports ones, love Balikoeva, which is not at all surprising: in addition to the revolutionary successes in women’s golf for our country, the girl has a wonderful figure and beautiful facial features.

Angelika Timanina

The most secular athlete according to Tatler magazine, Anzhelika Timanina, is one of the most famous synchronized swimmers of our time outside the pool. Olympic champion in 2012, eleven-time world champion - her awards can be listed endlessly.

In an interview with Glamor magazine, Angelica said that she was accepted into the Moscow team not only for her hard work, but also for her appearance. According to Timanina herself, she was “an artistic and textured soloist: tall, thin,” which is very important for synchronized swimming.

Today, the eminent athlete is a welcome guest at social events in Moscow, and her photographs have even graced the covers of Russian glossy magazines.

Svetlana Romashina

Svetlana Romashina is the most titled athlete on our list. This girl has three Olympic gold medals, ten European championship gold medals and eighteen world championship gold medals. Unlike Angelika Timanina, Romashina is not the most frequent guest at various events. Which doesn’t stop her from being one of the sweetest and prettiest girls on our team.

Yana Kudryavtseva

Over the past 15 years, Russia has been so ahead of the whole world in rhythmic gymnastics that it actually sets the fashion for everything: from the style of performances to the training process. Today, the world community looks up to Yana Kudryavtseva, the youngest world champion in the history of this sport.

What she does is beyond concepts such as beauty or sexuality. This is pure art. You can ignore this incomprehensible and biased sport as much as you like, but it’s hard to deny that Kudryavtseva’s performances will not leave even the most notorious gymnastics haters indifferent.

Alexandra Soldatova

For a long time she was a protégé of the world's leading gymnast, Kudryavtseva, after which she was formed as a separate unit and joined the Olympic team. Eighteen-year-old Sasha Soldatova has a model figure - the dream of many girls, incredibly long legs and a "baby face" that is fashionable today. This combination leaves few people indifferent, and Soldatova’s army of fans is proof of this.

Margarita Mamun

“Artist” Margarita Mamun is the complete opposite of her teammate Yana Kudryavtseva. But the dark, brown-eyed brunette is no worse than others in the Russian team, and maybe even better at winning men’s hearts with her beauty and sexuality. Just four years ago, Mamun was considered a protégé of London gold medalist Evgenia Kanaeva, especially in terms of the style of the performances themselves. However, today Margarita is an independent gymnast who knows how to combine both high professionalism and unique cat grace.

Meet Alexandra Soldatova - world and European champion in rhythmic gymnastics and our great hope in Olympic Tokyo.

Photo: Igor Pavlov

OK! met Alexandra and talked to her about beauty, fashion and a strict sports regime, about which there are so many myths. True, we played tennis with her...

Alexandra Soldatova, a beauty with a shock of wheat hair and an absolutely model appearance, was forced to wait for our film crew for almost two hours - and all because of the “thunderstorm of the century” (according to comments in the media) and terrible traffic. In principle, the result of this shooting was generally in jeopardy. Every time you become convinced that everyone can be late for a photo shoot, but not the athletes. Being always and everywhere on time is a habit and a mantra that has been practiced over the years. A very valuable quality in life. Well, without the right attitude, calmness and positivity, you can’t do it either.

The first, but not the last

This is one of my first photo shoots. I had very few of them. What does it feel like? Nice ones! I really liked the team, the clothes and the atmosphere itself. And even the fact that we filmed in the pouring rain. It was even more interesting - that not everything comes so easy! We did everything, and that's the main thing.

Life goals

Getting to the Olympics is the main goal. I have been moving towards this all my life. The limit of all desires.

After sports? Possibly coaching. To be honest, the unknown doesn’t scare me at all. I have, so to speak, a soul for everything. I want to try myself on television, maybe as a model, I would like to open my own veterinary clinic. There are also plans to travel the world and take photographs. Even though I’m not very good at taking photographs yet. I definitely won’t be lost in life, because I love to do so many things! I believe that I will definitely find mine.

New consumption

I'm indifferent to fashion. Honestly, I’m not interested in magazines or fashionable looks. And I don’t support the hysteria around fashionable things. I don’t really need all this in life. My thing: I have a great eye for workout clothes and have a large collection of tracksuits. ( Laughs.) At this stage of life, this is quite enough. And dresses and heels - there’s nowhere to even wear them. Maybe later I'll wear girls' clothes. Right now I love hoodies, sweatshirts and denim. But I definitely won’t chase super-fashionable sneakers and won’t strive to buy the same ones as everyone else. On the contrary, I don’t want ultra-fashionable things, give me “yours”! ( Laughs.)

By “mine” I mean what my heart is drawn to. And my favorite color to wear is black. If it were up to me, I would always, like a mafioso, wear black.

By the way, I chose the swimsuit chosen for the photo shoot as a costume for performances - I really liked this model. And the coach gave the go-ahead.

Brands are not important at all. And no matter how much the item costs, there is only one condition for purchase: “like it.” You can spend a large amount on something you like if your finances allow it, but saving for it and wanting only it is stupid.

Living on the Internet

Olympic gold: natural abilities or work?

The most important thing is enormous work and overcoming oneself. Overcoming oneself is the motto of the Olympic movement. Every day, every minute, every second you have to overcome yourself.

In order not to lose your temper somewhere and eat something sweet, you need to overcome yourself. Then, after training with clogged muscles, you go for a massage - and this is also from this series. Overcome your laziness and drowsiness. Every day should consist of such small overcomings that at the end of the day you will be proud of yourself.

High Security Vacation

I don’t even have a month of vacation a year...

The first training is at eight in the morning and until one in the afternoon without a break. Then a two-hour break: eat, sleep or just lie down. From three to six o'clock is the last training session. Lights out at ten or eleven in the evening. But basically, you can go to bed whenever you want.

Preparing for important competitions requires full dedication.

And you have no right to leave the gym until you do all the elements and all the exercises perfectly - to every glance and little finger...

Diet for life

There are still many myths around this topic: what do we eat and how much? But no one is watching us. It's important to just not get better. You can eat some kind of hamburger at night, but as long as your weight is normal in the morning. And there is no such thing: gymnasts do not eat anything, but only eat lettuce leaves. Everyone creates their own regime. I don't eat sweets at all. At least I try. My regime: meat (and all protein) and drink only water. During the period of intense stress before the championships - yes, then everything burns out, and a piece of cake at night is quite possible. But in normal mode, I really need to restrain myself and limit myself. We're just people.

Unexpected joy

This is if my boyfriend unexpectedly comes to my training center. ( Laughs.) I will be incredibly happy. In general, I am always happy: I train in the best gym, and I have the best trainer in the world! The head coach of all gymnastics is Irina Aleksandrovna Viner-Usmanova! There is no reason to be discouraged. Is it true!
